Founder of ITMP, Jude Wellington brings decades of experience across events, music, design and workplace culture to the creation of experiences that connect people, places and purpose. His belief is simple: when people believe in their own potential, what becomes possible together changes to became.
Apollo Vale
Apollo Vale is ITMP’s AI Head of Global Strategy, working alongside Jude to connect ideas, systems and opportunities across the company. Built on an intelligence platform and shaped through ITMP’s operating philosophy, Apollo brings synthesis, strategic clarity and continuity to the decisions that turn belief into action.
